1. Reservations & Appointments

  • Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
  • To secure your booking, a deposit or full prepayment may be required for selected treatments and packages.
  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to relax, complete any consultation forms, and prepare for your treatment.
  • Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.

2. Cancellation & Tardiness Policy

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your session or result in rescheduling, depending on the therapist’s schedule.

3. General Service Tips

  • Gratuities are not included in service prices but are greatly appreciated.
  • The standard gratuity range is 10–20%, depending on your satisfaction.
  • Tips can be left in cash or added to your final bill upon request.

4. Parking

  • Complimentary or designated parking is available for clients at our office space.
  • Please arrive early to allow time for parking before your scheduled service.

5. Cell Phones & Smart Devices

  • To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment, please silence your phones and smart devices before entering the spa area.
  • Kindly refrain from taking calls or recording videos during your visit to ensure the comfort of all guests.

6. Your Health & Safety

  • Your well-being is our top priority. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or recent surgeries before your treatment.
  • Certain services may be adjusted or avoided based on your health status to ensure safety.
  • All treatments are performed by licensed professionals following strict hygiene and sanitation protocols.

7. Age Requirement Policy

  • Guests must be 18 years or older to receive most spa services.
  • Guests aged 13–17 may enjoy select treatments with parental consent and supervision.
  • For safety reasons, children under 13 are not permitted in treatment areas unless receiving a service.

8. Valuables

  • Please leave jewelry and personal items at home or in your vehicle.
  • BSM Natural is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen items while on the premises.

9. Refund Policy

  • All sales and services are final once rendered.
  • Refunds are not offered for completed treatments or opened skincare products.
  • If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
  • Unused retail products in original condition may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

10. Rate Policy

  • Service rates and promotions are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Prices are displayed in Nigerian naira and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Memberships, discounts, or promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.

11. Vouchers & Gift Cards

  • Gift vouchers and e-gift cards are available for purchase and make perfect gifts for any occasion.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced, so please treat them like cash.
  • Please present your voucher at the time of your appointment.

12. Salon & Spa Conduct Policy

  • We strive to create a peaceful, professional, and inclusive environment for all.
  • Disrespectful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or guests will not be tolerated.
  • BSM Natural reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose conduct is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

  • All personal and medical information you share is kept strictly confidential and used only for treatment and booking purposes.
