By accessing or using our website, online booking platform, social media pages, or spa services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or visit our spa.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BSM Naturals website, spa, skincare treatments, and any related services (collectively referred to as “Services”).
Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to BSM Naturals.

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Service Use and Eligibility

  • Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and above.
  • Minors aged 13–17 may receive select treatments with parental consent and presence.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when booking or creating an account with us.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel appointments if we believe the information provided is false or misleading, or if the client’s conduct is inappropriate or unsafe.

3. Appointment Booking

  • Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
  • Some treatments may require advance booking and a deposit or full payment to confirm.
  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in and consultation.
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.
  • No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee or forfeited deposit.

4. Payments and Pricing

  • Prices listed on our website or menu are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • All payments must be made in local currency and can be completed via cash, POS, transfer, or online payment gateway.
  • Promotional offers, packages, and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • BSM Natural reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on the website or promotional materials.

5. Gift Vouchers & Memberships

  • Gift vouchers and membership packages are available for purchase.
  • They are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
  • Expiry dates are stated at the time of purchase and must be strictly adhered to.
  • Misuse or fraudulent reproduction of vouchers or memberships will result in immediate cancellation.

6. Refunds and Returns

  • All services are final once rendered. Refunds will not be issued for completed treatments.
  • Retail products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unopened, unused, and in original condition.
  • Refunds are not offered for allergic reactions unless the product was proven defective or expired at the time of sale.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, skin sensitivities, allergies, and recent procedures before treatment.
  • Failure to disclose health information may result in contraindications or adverse reactions for which BSM Natural will not be liable.
  • Please follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by your therapist or esthetician.
  • BSM Natural reserves the right to refuse treatment for medical, ethical, or professional reasons.

8. Health and Safety

  • We follow strict hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with local health regulations.
  • All tools, linens, and surfaces are disinfected after every client.
  • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of our staff and other guests.
  • Certain treatments (e.g., chemical peels, waxing, teeth whitening) may have side effects that vary by individual.

9. Code of Conduct

We maintain a calm, respectful, and professional environment.

  • Abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated.
  • BSM Natural reserves the right to refuse or terminate services without refund if a client behaves disrespectfully, intoxicated, or violates spa policy.
  • Please keep noise levels low and respect other clients’ relaxation space.

10. Valuables

  • Please leave valuables at home.
  • BSM Natural is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings while on the premises.

11. Parking & Accessibility

  • Complimentary or designated parking may be provided for spa guests where available.
  • We are committed to offering an accessible and inclusive environment for all clients.

12. Cell Phones & Smart Devices

  • Please silence all devices upon entering the spa to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
  • Recording or photographing within treatment areas is strictly prohibited.

13. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us.

  • We collect only necessary personal information (name, contact details, health history) to deliver quality service.
  • Your data will not be shared, rented, or sold to third parties.
  • All online transactions are encrypted and secured.
  • By providing your contact information, you consent to receiving communications about appointments, promotions, or wellness tips.
  • You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

14. Intellectual Property

  • Clients who miss an appointment without prior notice may lose their deposit or be required to prepay future bookings.
